I couldn't have asked for a better stay in the heart of the bustling Medina market. Despite its prime location, this hotel is tucked away on a quiet alley, providing a peaceful retreat. The rooms, with their king size beds, are tastefully decorated and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Hamouda, were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

During my recent trip, I had a lovely stay at a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the old town. the location was perfect with the lively market and fountain in the courtyard just around the corner. the room was comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. the breakfast was amazing with different options to choose from and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
That some of the staff had a language barrier that made communication a bit challenging, but they were still very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with tips on transportation and places to go. The hotel's location was great, in the heart of the old town, near the main square and shops. The courtyard was beautiful, with a little fountain where they served tea and cookies. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a modern vibe and nice color choice on the plaster. The breakfast was delicious and varied, served daily with fresh bakery.
Nothing not too like.

My Christmas stay was amazing! First of all, the breakfast was delicious, and they even had fresh bakery delivered daily. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the local area. One of the best aspects was how friendly the staff was. They were always willing to help and answer any questions I had. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which guaranteed a good night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects during my stay. The first was the transfer from the airport, which was poorly arranged.

Great interiors, helpful host
Loved the attention to detail in the interiors of the hotel. It made for a beautiful experience. The host was friendly, welcoming and very helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal as it was easily accessible to tourist attractions and local shopping centres.
The payment system was quite problematic. We were not able to pay using the machine, which was inconvenient and caused us to make further arrangements. In addition, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, which made our stay less enjoyable. The breakfast options were also not as described on the website, which was disappointing.
